辽河稠油加醇降粘的初步研究

摘 要:针对常规降粘剂存在降粘费用高、加剂量大、环境效应等问题,以辽河稠油为研究对象,根据乳化等效应提出了稠油加醇降粘的研究思路。采用流变测试技术,研究了醇种类、加醇量对辽河稠油流变性的影响。旨在计算加醇用量和评价降粘效果,进而为稠油加醇降粘提供理论依据,为探索经济型、环境友好型化学降粘技术起到铺垫作用。实验用低碳醇掺辽河稠油油样,拟合粘温曲线、流变曲线,结果表明低碳醇中,正戊醇为降粘效果最好的醇,且降粘效果与醇浓度正相关。

Research on Viscosity Reduction of Liaohe Heavy Oil Mixing With Alcohol

Abstract:In view of the problems of high expense,large dosage and environmental pollution caused by the usual visbreakers, we have investigated a novel way to reduce the viscosity of Liaohe heavy oil with alcohols. The effects of classes and amounts of the alcohols on the rheological properties of Liaohe heavy oil were studied. The results showed that n-pentanol is the best visbreaker,and the visbreaking rate increased with the increase of the amount of alcohol.
