摘　要：采用Waters Symmetry C18反相色谱柱，以乙腈+甲醇+水为流动相，在256 nm紫外波长下对克瘟散原药进行反相高效液相色谱法测定，原药有效成分的相对保留时间约为13.6 min。以外标法定量测得本方法的变异系数为0.19％，平均回收率为100.08％，线性相关系数为0.999 7。

Determination of Edifenphos by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography（RP-HPLC）

Abstract：The content of edifenphos was determined by reversed phase HPLC with the column of Waters Symmetry C18 and the mobile phase of methanol／water／acetonitrile at 256 nm. The variation coefficient，the average recovery rate and the coefficient of linear correlation were 0.19%，100.08% and 0.999 7，respectively.
