微波法合成5-叔丁基连苯三酚 |

摘 要:以焦性没食子酸与叔丁醇为原料,在磷酸条件下,微波催化合成5-叔丁基连苯三酚。通过正交实验得出合成5-叔丁基连苯三酚的优化条件为:n(连苯三酚)∶n(叔丁醇)= 5∶8,反应时间为 7 min,反应强度为中低火(231 W),收率达56.2%。 |

Abstract:5-tert-Butylpyrogallol was synthesized in 56.2% yield from gallic acid and tert-butyl alcohol catalyzed by microwave in phosphoric acid. The optimal conditions were obtained with the reaction time of 7 min under medium low heat and the molar ratio of gallic acid to tert-butyl alcohol was 5 to 8. |
