利用溴氨酸废渣制备分散红60染料 |

| 摘 要：在溴氨酸溴化工序中有大量成份复杂且难以利用的副产物产生，其焚烧后产生的含溴气体对设备腐蚀性强，焚烧处理难度较大，对其进行适当的处理提纯后，得到的混合物在硫酸中重新溴化，再经水解及缩合等工序，可以制得合格的分散红60染料产品，经检测各项性能指标均达到标准要求。 |

| Preparation of Disperse Red 60 from Bromoamine Acid Wastes |

| Abstract：A number of byproducts occurred during the preparation of bromoamine acid. The bromo-containing byproducts release large quantity of corrosive gas when they are incinerated. To avoid the problems arise from incineration，a novel method was developed to prepare Disperse Red 60 from these byproducts. |
