抗高血压药丁酸氯维地平的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以2，3-二氯苯甲醛和乙酰乙酸叔丁酯为原料，经Knoevenage反应、水解、缩合后与β-氨基巴豆酸甲酯环合得丁酸氯维地平。对反应物配比、催化剂、反应时间和温度等因素进行了研究，总收率达51.34%（以2，3-二氯苯甲醛计），其结构经IR、1H NMR和MS确证。 |

| Synthesis of Clevidipine Butyrate |

| Abstract：Clevidipine butyrate was synthesized starting from 2，3-dichloro-benzaldehyde and 3-oxo-butyric acid tert-butyl ester in five steps in an overall yield of 51.34%. The affecting factors including the ratio of the raw materials，the catalyst，the reaction time and the temperature were investigated. The structure was confirmed by IR，1H NMR and MS
spectra. |
