超细白炭黑制备的工艺优化研究 |

摘 要:采用化学沉淀法,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为复合分散剂制备超细白炭黑。用IR、XRD、SEM和BET等对产品的结构和性能进行表征,结果表明,优化的工艺条件为:酸化水玻璃浓度7.5°Be′,温度60~70℃,pH值8,复合分散剂用量1.6% 5°Be′水玻璃。该工艺合成的超细白炭黑粒径小,平均粒径约45 nm;比表面积达215 m2/g;吸油值达3.79 mL/g。 |

Optimization of Production Technology for White Carbon |

Abstract:Based on chemical precipitation with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)as the composite dispersants,nano silica was prepared and the conditions were optimized as following:concentration of acidified water-glass 7.5 °Be′,temperature 60~70℃,pH value 8.0,dispersants dosage 1.6% 5°Be′water-glass. The product was formed with particle size of 45 nm,specific surface area of 215 m2/g and oil adsorption value of 3.79ml/g,and the structure was indentified with IR,XRD,SEM and BET. |
