3′-氨基-4′-氟苯乙酮的合成 |

| 摘 要：以对氟苯乙酮为原料，经过苯环的硝化、还原2步反应得到了3′-氨基-4′-氟苯乙酮，收率为36.1%，纯度>98%，原料廉价易得，反应条件简单，具有工业化应用前景。 |

| Synthesis of 3′-Amino-4′-fluoroacetophenone |

| Abstract：3′-Amino-4′-fluoroacetophenone was synthesized from 4′-fluoroacetophenone in two steps in overall yield of 36.1% with purity of 98%. The results showed that this synthetic route is suitable for industrial production with advantages
of low cost，mild reaction conditions and easy operation. |
