摘　要：采用乙腈-水（0.5%冰乙酸）为流动相，采用紫外检测器，用反相高效液相色谱分析法分离测定氟啶草酮原药中其含量。结果表明，所建立方法的标准偏差为0.185，变异系数为0.186%，回收率为99.04%，线性相关系数为0.998 1。

HPLC Analysis of Fluridone

Abstract：Fluridone was analyzed with reversed-phase HPLC equipped with ultraviolet detector using acetonitrile／water（0.5% acetic acid）as the mobile phase. The results showed the standard deviation of 0.185，the variation coefficient of 0.186%，the recovery of 99.04% and the linear correlation coefficient of 0.998 1.
