2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸合成工艺改进研究 |

摘 要:以均三甲苯为原料,经氯甲基化、氰化和酸性水解制备2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸。通过对氯甲基化反应条件的优化,大幅降低了氯甲基化反应二取代杂质2,4-二(氯甲基)-1,3,5-三甲基苯的量;通过将氰基碱性水解改为酸性水解,并对后处理方法进行改进,避免了碱性水解难过滤、含盐废水量大的问题。总收率86.6%,产品含量大于99%。 |

Improvement on Synthesis of Mesitylacetic Acid |

Abstract:Mesitylacetic acid was obtained from mesitylene through chloromethylation,cyanation and acid hydrolysis. Improvements were made on the process of chloromethylation and consequently the by-product of 2,4-dichloromethyl mesitylene was greatly inhibited. The problems of hard to filter the hydrolysis product and occurrence of large amount of salinity wastewater were solved by conducting the hydrolysis reaction in acidic medium instead of basic and therefore the work-up procedure was improved. The product(99%)was obtained in overall yield of 86.6%. |
