高纯度间苯二甲酸二甲酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：以间苯二甲酸、氯化亚砜和甲醇为原料，通过两步法制备了高纯度间苯二甲酸二甲酯，优化工艺条件：n（氯化亚砜）∶n（间苯二甲酸）=2.7∶1、n（甲醇）∶n（间苯二甲酰氯）=2.8∶1，温度50~80℃，催化剂N，N-二甲基甲酰胺的质量为间苯二甲酸质量的0.9%，反应压力为93 300~97 320 Pa。优化条件下产品收率91%，产品纯度>99%。产品经熔点测定仪、红外光谱仪和核磁共振仪确证。 |

| Abstract：Dimethyl isophthalate was prepared in two steps based on the raw materials of isophthalic acid，thionyl chloride and methanol. The product was characterized by melting point，IR and 1H NMR spectra，and the purity of the product was analyzed with GC. The factors which influence the reaction time and yield were also discussed. |
