钯催化官能化芳基膦酸二乙酯的合成研究

摘 要:通过对催化剂、配体、碱、溶剂的优化筛选,以官能化卤代芳烃与亚磷酸二乙酯为反应原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,Pd(OAc)2为催化剂,PPh3为配体,Et3N为碱,在80℃下反应24 h,以60%左右的收率合成得到了系列芳基膦酸二烷基酯衍生物,其结构经FT-IR,1H NMR和13C NMR表征。

Synthesis of Functionalized Aryl Phosphonates by Pd Catalyzed Cross-coupling of Aryl Halides with Diethyl Phosphite

Abstract:The palladium catalyzed arylation of diethyl phosphite with functionalized aryl halides was examined. With Pd(OAc)2(2%,n/n) as the catalyst,PPh3(6%,n/n)as the ligand,and Et3N as the base,the reaction was carried out in ethanol at 80℃ for 24 hours,affording the corresponding diethyl aryl phosphonates in moderate yields. The product structures were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.
