吡唑和1,3,4-噻二唑及硫醚(砜)抗烟草花叶病毒剂的研究进展

摘 要:烟草是全球最重要的经济作物之一,而我国的烟草种植面积居世界之首。当前烟草病毒病,尤其是由烟草花叶病毒引起的病害,是影响烟草正常生长的主要因素之一。综述了国内外近年来有关吡唑、1,3,4-噻二唑和硫醚(砜)类化合物在抗烟草花叶病毒活性方面的研究工作,并对其发展趋势作了展望,期望对新型高效、低毒的抗病毒剂的创制工作提供理论基础。

Advances in the Anti-tobacco Mosaic Virus Activities of Pyrazoles 1,3,4-Thiadiazoles and Sulfides/Sulfones

Abstract:Tobacco is one of the most important economic crops in the world, and the Chinese planting area is the largest in the world. Currently, one of the main factors affecting the normal growth is caused by tobacco virus disease, especially tobacco mosaic virus. The recent research progresses on the anti-tobacco mosaic virus activities of pyrazoles, 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and sulfide (sulfone) derivatives were reviewed, and the future development trends were also presented. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis on the creative work for new, efficient and low toxicity of antiviral agents.
