2-氨基-5-氯-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺的合成

摘 要:以7-甲基靛红为原料,设计了经氯化亚砜氯代、甲酸-双氧水体系氧化、甲胺氨解反应来制备2-氨基-5-氯-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺的方法,优化了工艺条件,考察了反应温度和物料配比对氯化反应以及反应温度对氧化反应的影响,使总收率达到62%,含量高达99.6%(归一法)。

Synthesis of 2-Amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide

Abstract:2-Amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide was synthesized from 7-methylisatin in overall yield of 62%(purity of 99.6%) by a series of chlorination, oxidation and ammonolysis. The process conditions including the reaction temperature and the reagents ratio of the chlorination and the reaction temperature of the oxidation were optimized.
