活性开环聚合制备pH响应性可降解聚酯

摘 要:分别以N-杂环卡宾有机催化剂和金属钠有机配合物作为活性催化剂催化单体3-[(苄氧羰基)甲基]-6-甲基-1,4-二氧六环-2,5-二酮进行开环聚合,解保护后得到具有pH响应性的聚(苹果酸-乳酸)共聚物。凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和核磁共振(1H NMR)对聚合物的平均分子量及其结构测定的结果,2种催化剂都可以得到分子量分布较窄的聚合物,但N-杂环卡宾有机催化剂的单体转化率低。

Preparation of pH-Responsive Biodegradable Polyester by Ring-opening Polymerization

Abstract:Ring-opening polymerization of 3-[(benzyloxycarbonyl)methyl]-6-methyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione, which can be further converted into pH-responsive polyester after de-protection, was catalyzed separately by N-heterocyclic carbene and organo-sodium complexes. 1H NMR and GPC results showed that both catalysts could give the polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution, but the conversion of the monomer catalyzed by N-heterocyclic carbene was very low.
