二氧化硫脲对有机化合物的还原研究进展

摘 要:二氧化硫脲是一种有效、安全的新型还原剂,综述了由分光光度法和电势法研究得出的二氧化硫脲碱性水溶液的性质、二氧化硫脲的结构和不同条件下其溶液的性质变化。还综述了二氧化硫脲还原硝基、羰基、烯键和α,β-环氧酮等官能团的研究和应用进展。

Review on the Properties of Thiourea Dioxide and Reduction of Organic Compounds with It

Abstract:Thiourea dioxide is a novel powerful and safe reducing agent. The properties of its solution have been studied by spectrophotometric and potentiometric methods. It was found that the pH value and temperature deeply affect the structure, reducing power and stability of thiourea dioxide in solutions. The compounds containing-NO2, C=O, C=C et al. can be reduced in good conversion with thiourea dioxide aqueous solution in the presence of sodium hydroxide.
