摘　要：头孢西丁钠是一种具有长效、广谱抗菌特点的第二代头孢类抗生素，因其对β-内酰胺酶的耐药性强而得到广泛使用，具有很好的市场发展前景。综述了头孢西丁钠的各种合成方法，并评价了其优缺点。

Development in Synthesis of Cefoxitin Sodium

Abstract：Cefoxitin, the second-generation cephalosporins antibiotics, is permanence and have a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Because of its stong resistance to β-lactamase, it was widely used and has a good market prospects. In this paper synthesis methods for cefoxitin sodium were reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages were described.
