摘　要：以二溴新戊二醇为起始原料，经酯化、锌粉还原和水解3步反应，合成了1，1-环丙基二甲醇，总收率达74.1%，并通过质谱（MS）、红外光谱（IR）和核磁共振氢谱（1H NMR）对其结构进行了表征。该合成方法简单易行，操作安全，成本低，具有工业化应用前景。

Synthesis of 1,1-Cyclopropanedimethanol-An Intermediate for Montelukast Sodium

Abstract：1,1-Cyclopropanedimethanol(1), the key intermediate for Montelukast sodium, was synthesized from 1,3-dibromo-2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propane in overall yield of 74.1% via three reaction steps of esterification, zinc reduction and hydrolysis. Its structure was characterized by MS, IR and 1H NMR spectra. This method is simple, safety, cost-effective and suitable for industrial production.
