木质素基补强填料在SBS/HS发泡材料中的应用研究

摘 要:将木质素基补强填料(LRF)分别采用干混、水混、油混(疏水处理填料)3种方法与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)和高苯乙烯(HS)混炼制备了SBS/HS/LRF共混发泡材料,并对其断面形貌、物理及机械性能进行了观察和测试。结果表明,相对于干混和水混,油混LRF使发泡材料的泡孔大小更加均匀,材料的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度分别提高了11%、19%、12%,磨耗减小了19%。

Study on the Application of Lignin-based Reinforcing Filler in SBS/HS Foam

Abstract:Styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(SBS)/high styrene(HS)/lignin-based reinforcing filler (LRF) blends were prepared by dry mixed, wet mixed or water repellent treatment method. The phase morphology, physical and mechanical properties of SBS/HS/LRF blends were evaluated. Experimental data indicated that LRF subjected to water repellent treatment method showed better dispersion in the matrix than the one treated by the dry mixed or wet mixed method, the foam of this filled matrix had the ideal structure while the tensile strength, elongation and tear strength of SBS/HS/LRF blends were increased by 11%, 19% and 12%, respectively, and the abrasion was decreased by 19%.
