固体酸催化的正辛醛二甲缩醛的合成研究 |

摘 要:研究了以正辛醛和甲醇为起始原料,直接合成正辛醛二甲缩醛技术。考察了催化剂、带水剂,以及反应温度、反应时间对反应结果的影响。确定优化的工艺条件:n(正辛醛)∶n(甲醇)=1∶2.4,反应温度为85~90℃,反应时间为2 h,催化剂为负载型杂多酸催化剂H3O40PW12/TiO2,带水剂为环己烷。在优化条件下正辛醛二甲缩醛的平均收率为82.8 %,产品纯度达98%以上。 |

Abstract:The preparation of n-octyl aldehyde dimethyl acetal from n-octanal and methanol was studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized as following: the molar ratio of octanal to methanol was 1:2.4, the reaction temperature was 85~90℃, the reaction time was 2 h, the heteropoly acid catalyst was H3O40PW12/TiO2, the water-carrying agent was cyclohexane. Under these conditions the product was obtained in 82.8% yield. |
