三维电催化氧化预处理槟榔废水的研究

摘 要:采用以CuO-ZnO多孔陶瓷为粒子电极,以铅板为阳极,不锈钢为阴极的三维电催化氧化法处理槟榔废水。考察了电解质投加量、初始pH值、工作电压、曝气量对槟榔废水COD去除率的影响,并运用紫外吸收光谱对槟榔废水降解过程进行分析。结果表明,三维电催化氧化法处理槟榔废水优化条件为:氯化钠投加量为10 g/L,初始pH值为7左右,工作电压为20 V,曝气量为40 L/h,反应2 h后,槟榔废水COD去除率可达65.22%。紫外吸收光谱分析结果表明,三维电催化法对槟榔废水中的 COD 具有很好的降解效果,槟榔废水的毒性降低,可生化性提高。

The Study on Three-dimensional Electro-catalytic Oxidation in Betel Wastewater Pre-treatment

Abstract:The betel wastewater has been treated by a three-dimensional electro-catalytic oxidation with CuO-ZnO porous ceramics as the particle electrode, stainless steel as the anode and lead plate as the cathode. The electrolyte dosage, initial pH value, voltage, aeration rate were investigated on the removal of COD. The UV absorption spectra were used for monitoring the degradation process of the betel wastewater. The best removal of COD (65.22%) was occurred under the following conditions: NaCl dosage of 10 g/L, initial pH around 7.0, the working voltage of 20 V, aeration rate of 40 L/h, the electrolysis time of 120 min.
