摘　要：将Z构型卢立康唑溶于适量N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中，以酸催化，在较温和的条件下将其转化为E构型，收率约34%，该构型转化提高了卢立康唑合成过程中的总收率，降低了生产成本。

Study on the Transformation of Lulicon from Z-Configuration to E-Configuration

Abstract：The Z-configuration of Lulicon was transformed into E-configuration in in 34% yield in DMF under relatively mild conditions with acid as the catalyst.
