4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷合成的正交试验法研究

摘 要:以苯胺、甲醛为原料在盐酸催化下合成4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷。利用正交实验法考察了反应物投料比、转位温度、转位时间对4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷收率的影响。确定了优化条件为:n(苯胺)∶n(甲醛)=4∶1,转位温度85℃,转位时间30 min。优化条件下所得目标产物收率为90.42%。

Study on the Synthesis of MDA by Orthogonal Test

Abstract:4,4′-Methylenedianiline was synthesized from the reaction of aniline with formaldehyde using hydrochloric acid as catalyst, and was characterized using infrared spectroscopy and melting-point instrument. The optimal reactants ratio, transformation temperature and reaction time were investigated using orthogonal test. the experimental results showed that the percent conversion of this reaction can be up to 90.4% at an aniline/formaldehyde molar ratio of 4:1, transposition temperature of 85℃ and reaction time of 30 min.
