季铵盐复合型催化剂合成4-氨基二苯胺的研究

摘 要:采用不同的季铵盐复合型相转移催化剂,通过调整催化剂用量、改变反应物苯胺与硝基苯配比、控制反应温度和脱水量,优化了合成4-氨基二苯胺中间产物的反应条件。结果表明在n(催化剂)∶n(硝基苯)=1.5∶1.0,n(苯胺)∶n(硝基苯)=6∶1、温度75℃、压力9.3 kPa反应条件下,硝基苯的转化率超过99%,反应选择性超过96%。

Research of Reaction Condition on Catalytic Synthesis 4-Aminodiphenylamine Intermediate Product Used Composite Phase Transfer Catalyst

Abstract:The reaction conditions for the preparation of 4-aminodiphenylamine intermediate product were evaluated including different kind of quaternary ammonium alkali as catalyst, the amount of catalyst, reactants ratio of aniline and nitrobenzene, reaction temperature and quantity of water from dehydration. The results showed that the conversion of nitrobenzene exceeded 99% while the selectivity of the reaction reached more than 96%, under the reaction condition of an catalyst/nitrobenzene molar ratio of 1.5:1, an aniline/nitrobenzene molar ratio of 6:1, reaction temperature of 75℃ and pressure of 9.3 kPa.
