香叶基砜的合成工艺改进

摘 要:以香叶醇为原料,经过溴代和取代2步反应,合成了长链聚异戊二烯类化合物的重要中间体香叶基砜(1)。其结构经MS和1H NMR 谱确证。考察了溴代试剂、反应溶剂以及丙烯位砜基化试剂苯亚磺酸钠用量对反应的影响,在改进的工艺条件下2步反应总收率为73.9%。改进的方法反应条件温和、操作简单、收率高,易于工业化生产。

An Improvement on the Synthetical Process of Geranyl Sulfone

Abstract:The geranyl sulfone, an important intermediate for the preparation of polyisoprenoid compounds, was synthesized by a two-step reaction including bromination and substitution using geraniol as the starting material. The structure was characterized by MS and 1H NMR. The affecting factors including the bromination agent, reaction solvent and the quantity of sodium benzene sulfinate were evaluated. The overall yield of the two-step reaction was 73.9%. This improved process has the advantages including mild condition, simple operation, high yield and the easier industrialization.
