外消旋达泊西汀的拆分研究

摘 要:以D-(-)-酒石酸和L-(+)-酒石酸为手性拆分剂,根据非对映异构体与酒石酸成盐后在溶剂中的不同溶解度,将外消旋达泊西汀拆分为S-达泊西汀和R-达泊西汀,拆分收率分别为31.3%、21.3%,e.e值均大于99.9%。该方法简便,适宜工业化生产。

Study on the Resolution of Racemic Dapoxetine

Abstract:Based on the solubility difference of diastereoisomers prepared from the reaction between Dapoxetine and D-or L-(+)-tartaric acid, the racemic Dapoxetines were resolved with the S-Dapoxetine and R-Dapoxetine resolution yield of 31.3% and 21.3% respectively, and the e.e% values of S-Dapoxetine and R-Dapoxetine were more than 99.9%. This process was simple and suitable for the industrial production of S-Dapoxetine.
