用于自组装小分子药物载体的合成与研究

摘 要:以4-羟基扁桃酸为原料,2-(2-氨基乙氧基)乙醇为亲水基团,通过11步反应合成了以萘啶酮酸为药物分子,对青霉素酶敏感的苯乙酰基的有机小分子药物载体。目标化合物结构经1H NMR确证。

Synthesis of the Self-assembly Small Molecule Drug Carrier

Abstract:The penicillin enzyme-sensitive benzene acetyl small molecule drug carrier was prepared through 11 steps using 4-hydroxyl mandelic acid as raw material, 2-(2-amino ethoxy)ethanol as the hydrophilic group, the nalidixic acid as drug molecule. The chemical structure of this target compound was also characterized using 1H NMR.
