苯代三聚氰胺的绿色生产技术

摘 要:在密封低压环境下,以双氰胺和苯甲腈为原料、甲醇为溶剂、氢氧化钠为催化剂绿色合成了苯代三聚氰胺,并对合成工艺进行了优化。优化工艺条件为:压力为0.22 MPa,反应温度为80℃,以甲醇为溶剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂、n(双氰胺)∶n(苯甲腈)=1.15∶1.00,反应时间为6 h。优化工艺条件下制备苯代三聚氰胺,收率达90%,纯度达99%。生产工艺简单,绿色清洁,适宜大规模工业生产。

A Green Technology for the Production of Benzoguanamine

Abstract:Benzoguanamine is a widely used special chemical. Based on previous technology, a green synthetical route for benzoguanamine using dicyandiamide and benzonitrile as main raw material, methanol as solvent, and sodium hydroxide as catalyst was evaluated. The experimental results showed that under the optimum conditions including a reaction pressure of 0.22 MPa, a reaction temperature of 80℃, a molar ratio of dicyandiamide and benzonitrile of 1.15∶1.00, and a reaction time of 6 h, the yield of benzoguanamine can reach up to 90% with a purity of 99%. The production process is simple, clean and green, and suitable for large scale industrial production.
