电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铁矿石中的磷、硅、铝

摘 要:建立了碱熔-盐酸提取-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铁矿石中的磷、硅、铝的方法。通过实验确定了分析谱线和盐酸用量。方法检出限低,线性相关系数r均大于0.999 9。对实际铁矿石样品进行重复6次测定,并做了加标回收实验,精密度为0.18%~1.65%,回收率为98.0%~112.4%,经国家标准品验证,测定值与标准值相符。该方法快速准确,能达到同时测定铁矿石中磷、硅、铝的分析要求。

Determination of Phosphorus, Silicon, Aluminium in Iron Ore Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

Abstract:A method was established to determine phosphorus, silicon, aluminium in iron ore by alkali fusion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The best spectral lines and the amount of hydrochloric acid were confirmed via experimental tests. The results showed that the limits of detection were low and the correlation coefficients of calibration curves were over 0.999 9. The determination of actual iron ore samples was repeated six times, which indicated that the relative standard deviations were less than 1.65%, and the recoveries were ranged from 98.0% to 112.4%. The result of national standard material agreed with the recommended value. This method is fast with good accuracy, which can meet the requirements for determination of phosphorus, silicon, aluminium in iron ore samples.
