5%丙硫克百威缓释颗粒剂的制备及其缓释性能研究

摘 要:以丙硫克百威为研究对象,研发出一种5%丙硫克百威缓释颗粒剂。采用界面聚合法,以聚脲异氰酸酯为壁材制备20%丙硫克百威微囊母液,加入填料、粘合剂将制备的丙硫克百威微囊母液制成5%丙硫克百威缓释颗粒剂。对20%丙硫克百威微囊母液的形态及粒径等进行了测定。对5%丙硫克百威缓释颗粒剂室内缓释性能进行了检测。结果表明:微囊粒径约为1~4 μm,分布均匀,包裹率为96.3%,载药量为18.6%。在pH=5缓冲液中释放时间为38 d,在pH=7缓冲液中释放时间为89 d。具有持效期长、环境友好、对环境适应性强、农药利用率高、对人、畜和害虫的天敌安全性高等优点,具有推广价值。

A Study on Preparation and Properties of 5% Benfuracarb Slow-release Granules

Abstract:The 20% benfuracarb microcapsules liquor was prepared by interfacial polymerization using PAPI as microcapsules wall material.The 5% benfuracarb sustained-release granules were prepared by fillers, adhesive, and 20% benfuracarb microcapsules liquor. The morphology and particle size of the microcapsules were characterized. The sustained-release performance and prevention effect to sugarcane soil pests of the 5% benfuracarb sustained-release granules were tested. The results showed that: the microcapsules particle size was about 1~4 μm; the encapsulation rates of benfuracarb was 96.3%; the drug loading of the microcapsules was 18.6%; release time was 38 days at pH=5 buffer and 89days at pH=7 buffer.
