可降解型抗癌靶向药物控释载体材料聚丙交酯乙交酯的合成研究 |

摘 要:以L-丙交酯与乙交酯(25%/75%,m/m)为原料,异辛酸亚锡为引发剂进行开环聚合, 得到了可用于抗癌靶向药物控释载体的单羟基的功能性低分子材料聚丙交酯乙交酯 (75/25)。用红外光谱、氢核磁共振光谱进行了表征,凝胶渗透液相色谱测定其相对分子量为3 800 Da,分子量分布指数为1.3。 |

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)as the Material for Degradable Anti-cancer Drug Targeting Carrier |

Abstract:Polylactide-co-glycolide(75/25)was synthesized by ring-opening copolymerization using lactide and glycolide as the starting materials and stannous octoate as the initiator; The obtained polymeric materials were characterized by infrared spectrum and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. The GPC experimental results also showed that PLGA with a relative molecular mass of 3 800 Da and dispersity of 1.3 was obtained. |
