7-苯乙酰胺基-3-氯甲基头孢烷酸对甲氧基苄酯C-3位卤离子交换反应研究

摘 要:通过调整7-苯乙酰胺基-3-氯甲基头孢烷酸对甲氧基苄酯(GCLE)的C-3位卤素交换试剂的种类及用量,改变卤素交换反应水量,控制反应温度,明确反应时间,优化了GCLE的C-3位卤素交换的反应条件。结果表明:在n(碘化钠)∶n(溴化钠)∶n(GCLE)= 0.1∶0.9∶1.0,v(水)∶w(GCLE)= 1∶1,反应温度35℃,反应时间5 h的条件下,GCLE转化率99.71%,选择性97.63%。

Study on the Reaction of Halogen Ion Exchange GCLE C-3 bit

Abstract:The reaction conditions for GCLE[(6R-trans)-5-Thia-l-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid, 3-chloromethyl-8-oxo-7-[(phenylacetyl)amino]-diphenylmethyl ester] C-3 bit halogen exchange reaction were evaluated including different kind of type and amount of reagents, loading of water, and different reaction temperatures and time. The results indicated that the average conversion rate of GCLE was 99.71%, the average selectivity of the reaction was 97.63%, under the following reaction conditions: the molar ratio of sodium iodide, sodium bromide, GCLE is 0.1:0.9:1.0; the ratio of water volume and quality of GCLE is 1:1; reaction temperature was 35℃ and reaction time was 5 h.
