摘　要：以2，6-二甲基苯胺为原料，在水相胶束中经与多聚甲醛生成希夫碱，再与氯乙酰氯加成，最后以曲拉通水相胶束溶液作为反应介质与吡唑缩合得到吡唑草胺，总收率72.1%，产品纯度95%以上。

Synthesis of Metazachlor in Aqueous Micelles

Abstract：The Schiff base, which was synthesized from the reaction of 2,6-dimethylaniline and paraformaldehyde in aqueous micelles, reacted with chloroacetyl chloride to afford the corresponding adduct. Finally, metazachlor was obtained via the condensation of the above adduct and pyrazole in Triton X100 aqueous micelles. The purity of metazachlor was higher than 95.0%, and the total yield was 72.1%.
