水相胶束中高效三氟氯氰菊酯的合成

摘 要:三氟氯菊酸与光气反应得到三氟氯菊酰氯,然后在水相曲拉通胶束中与醛醚和氰化钠缩合得到三氟氯氰菊酯。最后经差向异位生成最终产物高效三氟氯氰菊酯,总收率达71.4%(以三氟氯菊酸计),产品纯度达99.0%。

Synthesis of Gamma-cyhalothrin in Aqueous Micelles

Abstract:The lambda cyhalthrin acid was synthesized from the adduct of methyl 3,3-dimethyl-4-pentenoate via a one-pot cyclization-saponification process in aqueous micelles. Then, the lambda cyhalthrin reacted with phosgene to afford the corresponding acyl chloride. The cyhalothrin was prepared through the condensation of the above acyl chloride, 3-phenoxy-benzaldehyde and sodium cyanide in Triton X100 aqueous micelles. Finally, the gamma-cyhalothrin was produced by an epimerization reaction. The purity of gamma-cyhalothrin was 99%, and the total yield was 54.2%.
