用双道原子荧光计同时测定化探样品中的砷和锑

摘 要:采用AFS 12 0 1型双道原子荧光光度计对化探样品的砷和锑进行同时测定试验。用硝酸铵 -硫酸铵混合铵盐消化样品在盐酸溶液中与 2 %硼氢化钾生成砷化氢和锑化氢气体 ,其气体导入原子化石英燃烧炉进行原子化 ,砷和锑的热原子蒸气吸收特定波长的激发光之后发荧光 ,其荧光强度与砷、锑含量成正比 ,通过测定样品和标准的荧光强度 ,AFS 12 0 1型双道原子荧光光工计自动计算打印出分析结果。

Abstract:The meanwhile analysis of As and Sb in the geochemical exploration sample were reported by double-channel atomic fluorophotometer of AFS-1201 type.NH 4NO 3-(NH 4) 2SO 4-and ammonium salt were used to digest the sample and grow into AsH 3 and SbH 3 gas in HCl solution with two Perlent KBH 4. The gas which is led to quartz combustion tube burner is atomized.
