1-(4-苯硫苯基)-辛-1,2-二酮-2-肟的合成研究

摘 要:以二苯硫醚为原料,经辛酰氯傅克反应、亚硝酸乙酯酮肟化反应合成了1-(4-苯硫苯基)-辛-1,2-二酮-2-肟。考察了溶剂种类、酮肟化原料类型、反应温度等因素的影响,确定了优化反应条件。在优化条件下,目标化合物的收率>79%,纯度>99%。

Synthesis of 1-(-4-(Phenylthio)phenyl)-octan-1,2 -dione-2-oxime

Abstract:Using phenyl sulfide as the starting material, 1-(-4-(phenylthio)phenyl)-octan-1,2-dione-2-oxime was synthesised by Friedel-Crafts acylation and oxidation reactions. The effects of the factors including solvent, raw material, reaction temperature were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of the target compound was more than 79%, and the purity was higher than 99%.
