6,11-二氯-5,12-萘并萘醌的合成新工艺研究

摘 要:以氯化剂五氯化磷对2-[(1-羟基-2-萘基)羰基]苯甲酸进行氯化反应,再用浓硫酸进一步进行脱水闭环反应,经分离提纯得6,11-二氯-5,12-萘并萘醌,优化了反应条件,总收率达61.3%,并通过元素分析、1H NMR、EIMS对产物结构进行了表征。

Novel Process for the Synthesis of 6,11-Dichloro-5,12-naphthacenequinone

Abstract:6,11-Dichloro-5,12-naphthacenequinone was synthesized from 2-[(1-Hydroxy-2-naphthyl)carbonyl]benzoic acid by chlorination reaction using phosphorus pentachloride as chlorating agent followed by ring-closing reaction using sulfuric acid as dehydrating agent. The optimal reaction conditions were evaluated, and the total yield of process was up to 55.3%. The obtained product was characterized by element analysis, 1H NMR, and EIMS.
