摘　要：采用液相色谱法对标准样品溶液测定后绘制标准工作曲线，测定硝酸氧化醇酮反应产物中乙酸、丙酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸的含量。

Determination of Acetic Acid,Propionic Acid，Butanedioic Acid，Pentanedioic Acid and Hexanedioic Acid Contents in the Reaction mixture of Alcohol Ketone Oxidized by Nitric Acid Using Liquid Chromatography

Abstract：Standard curves were made from the data obtained in the determination of standard sample solution by liquid chromatography. This method was applied in the determination of the contents of acetic acid，propionic acid，butanedioic acid，pentanedioic acid and hexanedioic acid in the mixture of reaction of alcohol ketone oxidized by nitric acid.
