Synthesis of Chiral N,N-Dimethyl-α-ferrocenylethylamine

Abstract：Herein, a facile synthetical method was developed for preparation of chiral N,N-dimethyl-α-ferrocenylethylamine using ferrocene as the starting material through five steps including Friedel-Crafts acylation, reduction, and acetylation, amination, and resolution. This method could be a promising method for industry.
