25%烟嘧磺隆·莠去津·麦草畏可分散油悬浮剂HPLC分析

摘 要:建立了25%烟嘧磺隆·莠去津·麦草畏可分散油悬浮剂的HPLC分析方法。流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.3%磷酸水(v∶v∶v=30∶30∶40),流速1.0 mL/min,使用C18柱,紫外检测器,检测波长239 nm,外标法对烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、麦草畏进行定量分析。所建立方法,烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、麦草畏标准偏差分别为0.029、0.073和0.068,相对标准偏差为0.96%、0.49%和0.97%,平均添加回收率为99.53%、100.42%和99.68%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 97、0.999 96和0.999 92。该HPLC法具有简便、 快速、 精密度和准确度高、 线性关系好的特点,可作为生产企业产品质量的控制方法。

HPLC Analysis Research of 25% Nicosulfuron,Atrazine and Dicamba Oil-based Suspension Concentrates

Abstract:A method for the determination of 25% Dicosulfuron, Atrazine and Dicamba oil-based suspension concentrates by HPLC was developed. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol, acetonitrile, and 0.3% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(30/30/40, by vol) and the flow rate was set at a rate of 1.0 mL/min; a C18 column and a wavelength of 239nm were used. The standard deviation of Nicosulfuron, Atrazine and Dicamba were 0.029, 0.073, and 0.068, respectively. The relative standard deviation were 0.96%, 0.49%, and 0.97%, while the average recovery were 99.53%, 100.42%, and 99.68%, respectively; and the linear correlation coefficient were 0.999 97, 0.999 96, and 0.999 92, respectively. The method had the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and was suitable for the product quality control .
