高效液相色谱法测定1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯的含量

摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法,用Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,粒径5 μm),乙腈-水(v∶v=60∶40)为流动相,检测波长252 nm,测定1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(6FAPB)的含量。在0.24~0.48 mg/mL范围内,方法线性良好(r=0.999 8),回收率98.35%~99.93%,重现性RSD≤0.63%,n=5。

Determination of 1,4-Bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzene by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:The determination of 1,4-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzene(6FAPB) was performed using Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm, diameter 5 μm) as the separation column, acetonitrile-water (v:v=60:40) as the mobile phase, and 252 nm as the detection wavelength. In a concentration range of 0.24~0.48 mg/mL, the calibration curve with correlation coefficients of 0.9998. Their recoveries ranged from 98.35% to 99.93% with a relation standard deviation of below 0.63%(n=5) were achieved. This method was proved to be a simple and fast method for the determination of 6FAPB.
