2-吲哚酮类化合物的研究进展

摘 要:2-吲哚酮类化合物具有抗炎、抗精神病、抗癌、抗菌等生物活性,特别是其手性合成的螺吲哚酮类化合物的生物活性和药效研究是当前的研究热点。结合部分已上市和临床研究的药物,对近年来2-吲哚酮类化合物的衍生合成及其研究进展进行了综述。

Review of Oxindole Compounds Studies

Abstract:Oxindole compounds have anti-inflammatory, anti-psychotic, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial and other biological activities. Especially biological activity and efficacy study of its Chiral Synthesis-Spirooxindoles remains a hot research spot at present. The paper mainly reviews recent studies of derived synthesis of indolinones and its present research achievements based on studies of drugs which have been listed and those under clinical trial or those have been subjected to it.
