催化加氢还原法制备DSD酸

摘 要:以 4 ,4’ 二硝基二苯乙烯 2 ,2’ 双磺酸钠为原料 ,在液相中兰尼镍催化加氢还原制得DSD酸。此工艺最佳操作条件是原料质量浓度为 6 0~ 75 g/L ;催化剂为原料质量的 4 %~ 7%;温度为 140~ 16 0℃ ;压力为 2 0~ 2 5MPa。在此工艺条件下还原收率达 96 1%。

Preparation of 4,4'-Diaminostilbene-2,2'-Disulfonic Acid by Catalytic Hydrogenation in Liquid Phase

Abstract:diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid was prepared by the catalytic hydrogenation with Raney nickle in liquid phase.The optimum reaction conditions was obtained.When the temperature was 140~160℃,the quantity of catalyst was 0.04~0.07 times as much as the quantity of crude material,the concentration of 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic sodium was 60~75g/L and the reaction pressure was 2.0~2.5MPa,the yield was 96.1%.
