金属有机框架负载杂多酸催化丙三醇一步氧化酯化的研究

摘 要:制备了金属有机框架(MOFs)负载的杂多酸催化剂,研究了丙三醇一步氧化酯化的反应条件和催化性能。pH=8,负载8%,反应24 h的条件下,丙三醇转化率48.6%,酯类选择性34.5%。反应过程绿色温和,且催化剂可循环利用,实现了生物柴油副产物的再生。研究了催化过程中各个因素的影响,并讨论了MOFs的传质作用,分析丙三醇一步氧化酯化的反应过程。

Study on One-pot Oxidative Esterification of Glycerol with MOF Supported Polyoxometalates as Catalyst

Abstract:Polyoxometalates supported by metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) were synthesized and used as catalysts in the one-pot oxidative esterification of glycerol. Reaction conditions were as follows: pH value was 8, catalyst loading was 8%, and the reaction time was 24 hours. A yield of 48.6% was obtained, and the selectivity of esters was 34.5%. The whole process was sustainable and mild, and catalysts could be recycled. The recyling of the by-products of biodiesel could be achieved. Studies on the catalytic factors and mass transfer of MOFs were carried out. The process was analyzed.
