含噻唑环核肟酯类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

摘 要:利用醛(酮)肟与2-氯-4-取代-5-噻唑甲酰氯反应,合成了8个含2-氯-4-取代噻唑环核的肟酯类化合物,所有化合物的结构均经1H NMR,13C NMR及元素分析确证。离体杀菌活性测试结果表明,目标化合物有一定的杀菌活性。

Synthesis and Biological Activity of Oxime Ester Derivatives Containing Thiazole Moiety

Abstract:Eight oxime ester derivatives containing thiazole moiety were synthesized from the reaction of 2-chloro-4-substituted thiazole-5-carbonyl chloride with aldo(keto)xime. The structures of the target compounds were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. Bioassay results of fungicidal activities in vitro showed that the target compounds displayed certain fungicidal activities.
