7-氮杂吲哚合成工艺改进研究

摘 要:以2-氨基-3-甲基吡啶为原料,经过Boc保护、环化反应制备得到7-氮杂吲哚,并考察反应溶剂和碱性试剂对收率的影响。总收率为79.0%。改进后的工艺路线,操作简单,适合工业化生产。

An Improved Synthetical Route of 7-Azaindole

Abstract:7-Azaindole was prepared from 2-amino-3-methylpyridine via amine protection and cyclization. The influence of factors on the yield of the target-product were investigated. This improved process can simplify the process in scale manipulation. The typical total yield for this process was 79.0%.
