络合萃取法处理含酚废水的研究

摘 要:以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)作萃取剂,正辛醇作稀释剂,络合萃取处理邻异丙氧苯酚(OP)废水中的酚,考察了pH、稀释剂配比、油/水相比和反应温度等对OP废水中挥发酚萃取效率的影响,并对酚进行了反萃取分离回收。实验结果表明:在pH=3、温度为30℃时,用含5%TBP的正辛醇萃取,萃取率达93%;再用10%的氢氧化钠溶液于45℃,按体积比1∶1反萃取,酚回收率达90%,B/C由0.10提高到0.35。

Treatment of Wastewater Containing Phenols by Complexation-extraction Process

Abstract:A complexatio-extraction treatment of wastewater containing phenols was developed using tributyl phosphate (TBP) as the extraction agent and octyl alcohol as the diluent. The factors on extraction efficiency of volatile phenol in OP waste water including pH, reaction temperature, ratio of diluent and oil/water was studied. The experimental results indicated that the extraction rate could reach 93% using 5% TBP-octyl alcohol at pH of 3 and a temperature of 30℃. The stripping extraction recovery of phenol was more than 90% at a temperature of 45℃,a concentration of NaOH of 10% and stripping ratio of 1:1. The B/C increased from 0.10 to 0.35.
