硫酸浸取锂云母提锂方法的研究

摘 要:研究了锂云母与硫酸反应再浸取提锂的方法。探索了粒度大小、硫酸浓度、液固比、反应温度、反应时间对锂浸取率影响,研究表明随着锂云母粒度减小、硫酸浓度增大、液固比加大、反应温度升高、反应时间增长,锂浸取率提高;m(55%的硫酸)∶m(150目左右的锂云母)=2∶1,135℃左右反应9 h,锂浸取率达96.72%。

Study on the Extraction of Lithium from Lepidolite

Abstract:A method for the extraction of lithium from lepidolite using sulfuric acid was developed. The effects of conditions including the granularity of lepidolite, sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching lithium were investigated. The experimental results showed that the leaching yield of lithium increased with the decrease of the granularity of lepidolite and the increase of sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time. The leaching yield of lithium was 96.72% when 55% sulfuric acid reacted lepidolite(around 150 mesh) in the mass ratio of 2:1 at 135℃ for 9 h.
