丙烯酸正丁酯的新型催化合成

摘 要:丙烯酸与正丁醇在金属盐类固体催化剂的作用下合成丙烯酸正丁酯 ,收率可达到98 1%,采用减压蒸馏能得到纯度为 99%以上的产品。探讨了各个因素对产品收率的影响 ,给出了最佳反应条件。

Synthesis of N-butyl Acrylate by Novel Catalyst

Abstract:The synthesis of n-butyl acrylate from acrylic acid and n-butyl alcohol in the presence of a novel solid catalyst was studied .The yield of n-butyl drylate was 98.1%.The purity of product may exceed 99% by reducetng pressure distillation. The factors effecting the yield of the product and the optimum reaction conditions were offered.
