几类水性电泳漆低温解封固化剂的合成与性能

摘 要:以多亚甲基多苯基二异氰酸酯(PAPI)为原料,咪唑、对氯苯酚、水杨酸甲酯和三氯苯酚等作封闭剂,合成了不同类型的水分散电泳漆低温固化剂,对封闭剂种类与配比、催化条件、合成温度、亲水试剂及溶剂等进行了研究,并进行了固化性能考察。研究表明,50℃下,以对氯苯酚为封闭剂、N-甲基二乙醇胺作为亲水剂、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂、n(封闭剂)∶n(亲水剂)=4∶1时,固化剂水分散性好,TGA和DSC分析其解封温度为80~120℃,合成固化剂与丙烯酸酯在电压30 V时进行的阴极电泳可以获得较好的涂层。

Synthesis and Properties of Several Types of Low Deblocking Temperature Curing Reagents for Hydrophilic Electrophoresis Coating

Abstract:Polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI)was used as the raw material, and parachlorophenol, imidazole, methyl salicylate and trichlorophenol were used as blocking reagents of low temperature curing reagents for hydrophilic electrophoresis coating. Influencing factors including types and ratios of blocking reagents, catalysts, temperature, types of sealing reagents, and solvents were studied in detail. The properties of the curing reagent were also investigated. It was found that the most uniform water dispersion of the curing reagent was obtained when parachlorophenol was used as blocking reagent, N-methyl diethanolamine as hydrophilic, the mole ratio of blocking reagent and hydrophilic reagent was 4:1 and at 50℃. The deblocking temperature is 80~120℃ according to thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The best coating was obtained when the synthetic curing reagent and acrylic ester was used in electrophoresis process at 30 V.
