有机氟硅改性苯丙乳液的合成及疏水性能

摘 要:采用连续乳液聚合法合成了有机氟硅改性苯丙乳液,研究了乳化剂、MBFA-12、DB-151用量对乳液稳定性的影响。结果显示,乳化剂用量为0.8%~1.0%(m/m),m(MBFA-12)∶m(DB-151)=1∶1,用量各为4 g时,合成的氟硅改性苯丙乳液具有良好的稳定性。其涂层与水的接触角为128.5°,具有超疏水性。合成的氟硅改性苯丙乳液在建筑防水涂料、油水分离等领域中具有一定应用前景。

Styrene-acrylic Emulsion Modified by Organic Fluoride and Silicone and Its Hydrophobic Property

Abstract:In order to increase the hydrophobic property of the styrene-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion modified using organic fluoride and silicone was synthesized through continuous emulsion polymerization. The effect of the loading of emulsifier, MBFA-12 and DB-151 on the emulsion stability was studied. The results showed that, when the amount of emulsifier was 0.8%~1.0%, the usage of both MBFA-12 and DB-151 was 4 g, the average size of the emulsion was smaller while the modified emulsion was more stable. The contact angle between emulsion film and water was 128.5°, showing that the film had super hydrophobility. The modified styrene-acrylic emulsion had promising application in the field of waterproof coating and oil-water separation.
